I am Ji Chul Lee, CEO of HumiNex.
HumiNex is a biotechnology company dedicated to developing innovative antibody therapeutics that address significant unmet medical needs. Our name, HumiNex, embodies our vision of HUMANITY • ILLUMINATE • NEXT GENERATION BIOTECHNOLOGY.
We are focused on discovering differentiated antibodies against challenging membrane proteins and therapeutic targets, and advancing them into meaningful therapeutic solutions through our proprietary technology platforms. Our core technologies include HMX Discovery Engine, an antibody discovery platform; ISP (Internalization Shuttle Platform), designed to enhance intracellular delivery; and ExFc (Fc Engineering Platform), developed to optimize pharmacokinetics and developability.
Building on these technologies, HumiNex is currently advancing a GPRC5D-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) for multiple myeloma as our lead pipeline. By leveraging the selectivity and internalization properties of our proprietary antibodies, we aim to develop next-generation therapeutics that can help address the limitations of current treatment options.
Looking ahead, HumiNex will continue to strengthen its differentiated antibody technologies and R&D capabilities, pursue strategic global partnerships and commercialization opportunities, and ultimately grow into a globally competitive biotechnology company delivering new therapeutic possibilities to patients.
